Music to stir the emotions - Lammermuir Festival

Writing a programme note about a piece of music while listening to it isn’t always easy. When it’s this beautiful you end up struggling to see the screen through your tears!  The Hebrides Ensemble will be playing this great, great piece in the lovely acoustic of Stenton’s village church on Sunday afternoon, September 18.
